Exfoliating is a MUST for soft skin. Sloughing those dead skin cells keeps your skin soft, rejuvenated, and able to absorb more moisture. Exfoliating is great if you are prone to ingrown hairs encouraging those hairs out without dead skin covering them. I prefer gloves with loops because I always hang them in the shower so they can dry properly after use. Your skin type will determine how often you should. I exfoliate weekly.
